We are pleased to announce the renewal of our Housing Crisis Prices intiative. In response to the housing crisis in Vancouver, we have set aside specific performances to offer reduced ticket prices to those who are challenged by the growing unaffordability of living in Vancouver.

The arts challenge our perceptions, open our minds, and feed our souls. It’s our mission to be a hub for the community, and ensure that The Cultch and the arts are for everyone.”—Heather Redfern

This 2019/20 season, we have lowered the prices of select performances to help ease the burden on anyone who is feeling the squeeze and still wants to be able to participate in the arts.

Similar to our Cultch Connects Program that offers free tickets to community organizations, the Housing Crisis Prices initiative will also be maintained by the continued support of Cultch donors and sponsors. Ticket sales only cover 30% of our operating costs, so every donation makes a huge difference.

We’re immensely grateful for our supporters who help us to bridge the gap between costs and ticket prices so we can provide access through initiatives like these,” —Heather Redfern
