The Cultch Ticket Guarantee is available to all patrons with paid tickets. Our goal is to be as flexible as possible in order to provide you with the assurance to make ticket purchases with confidence. If you have any questions, please call our Box Office at 604-251-1363.

• If your performance is cancelled, we will exchange your ticket to the digital version of your performance if a digital version is available. If there is a price difference between tickets or there is no digital version available, at your request we can provide a tax receipt, credit on account, gift certificate, or refund.
• If any member of your party is in quarantine or isolation, or has come in close contact with someone with COVID-19, are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 or have tested positive for COVID-19, please do not come to the theatre. If you cannot visit the theatre for any of the above reasons, or if you’re unable to meet the vaccination and mask requirements, we are offering flexible ticket exchanges, credit on your account, a gift card, or a full refund.
