We are thrilled to welcome you back to our spaces! The safety of you, your fellow audience members, and our staff is our priority. We look forward to you joining us masked and vaxxed! Below are our safety procedures.

Our Safety Procedures

As mandated by provincial health orders, all event attendees are required to provide proof of vaccination. Please join us with your vaccine passport and a piece of identification. Children under 12 are not required to be vaccinated but must be accompanied by vaccinated adults. Full details are here.

All of our staff, volunteers, and artists will be vaccinated.

All attendees will be required to wear a mask except when they are at their seat eating and drinking. All staff will wear masks at all times. 

All artists who are moving throughout the space will be masked and will only be unmasked in designated performance spaces.

Seating will be limited to 50 people or 50% capacity, whichever is greater. 

The bar will be open. You can purchase food and drink at the bar, however, consumption of food and drink is only allowed at your seat. Masks are mandatory at all times including the bar and lobby areas when you’re not at your seat eating or drinking.

The Cultch Ticket Guarantee is available to all patrons with paid tickets. Our goal is to be as flexible as possible in order to provide you with the assurance to make ticket purchases with confidence. If you have any questions, please call our Box Office at 604-251-1363.

  • If your performance is cancelled, we will exchange your ticket to the digital version of your performance. If there is a price difference between tickets, at your request we can provide a tax receipt, credit on account, or gift certificate.

  • If any member of your party is in quarantine or isolation, or has come in close contact with someone with COVID-19, are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 or have tested positive for COVID-19, please do not come to the theatre. If you cannot visit the theatre for any of the above reasons, or if you’re unable to meet the vaccination and mask requirements, we are offering flexible ticket exchanges, credit on your account, a gift card, or a full refund.
