Can I use my subscription package to get two tickets to the same production?

Unfortunately not. Each subscription must contain 2 or 5 different shows depending on the package booked. However, you may add on discounted tickets to any show for friends or family by calling the box office at 604.251.1363 or logging in to your account to access your special discounted price.

Can I get a discount when I buy extra tickets?

Subscribers receive 10% or 20% off additional tickets. Discount is valid for sections A+, A  or B tickets to Cultch presentations. You can receive this discount by calling our box office at 604.251.1363 or online by logging in to your account at tickets.thecultch.com

Is the East Van Panto: The Little Mermaid included in my subscription?

No, however as a subscriber you are eligible to purchase your tickets at a 10% or 20% discount (depending on your subscription type) on tickets. Offer valid until October 2, 2022.

What if I can’t attend, Can I get a refund?

All ticket sales at The Cultch are final. If you wish to exchange a ticket before the scheduled performance you can do so by contacting the box office at least 24 hours prior to showtime. Subscribers receive free and flexible ticket exchanges. Tickets must be exchanged for another performance of the same show. If you’d like to change your ticket to a different production a subscriber exchange fee of $3 per ticket will be charged.

If you really can’t make your show, you can also donate your ticket back to The Cultch and receive a tax receipt for all tickets valued at $25 or more.

How do I access the RE/PLAY Digital Series?

The lineup for our Fall 2022 RE/PLAY Digital Series is in the works! We will email you this summer with details on how to access RE/PLAY programming.

Does the RE/PLAY Digital Series include Panto On Demand?

No. However, as a subscriber, you can purchase tickets to the online on demand version of East Van Panto: The Little Mermaid with a subscriber discount of 10-20%. Offer valid until October 2, 2022.
