Wondering if The Cultch Subscription Boxes are right for you? Check out our frequently asked questions below.

There are three boxes for the Fall Season: Cabaret Cultch Box (includes the entire TRANSFORM Cabaret Festival, September 2020), Local Gems Cultch Box (includes Little Volcano and A Craigslist Cantata, October/November 2020), and Holiday Cultch Box (includes Panto Come Home!, December 2020). Each Box will be delivered prior to the first show date in the box.

Since all of our Fall content will all be presented online, you will receive your Subscription Boxes online via email at least two week prior to the first show date in the box. There may be future opportunities where Cultch Box subscribers will receive physical items in the mail but The Cultch Box will be predominantly virtual.

For any physical Cultch Box deliveries, subscribers who live outside the Greater Vancouver area may be subject to additional shipping fees.

The Solo Party Cultch Subscription Box is built for one person whereas the Bubble Cultch Subscription Box is built for two people in the same household. While they will contain mostly the same items and access, if there are one-time use items in the box then the Bubble Box subscribers will receive double. This season, we are facing a 90% decrease in Box Office revenues—income we rely on to put on our shows. To help keep The Cultch alive, we encourage you to purchase one Subscription Box per person as you would with a previous season subscription.

While there are fewer show dates per show this fall but we still want to make sure you have the flexibility to watch a show when it’s best for your schedule.

We are committed to making sure you have The Cultch in your life, no matter the circumstances. To remain flexible to evolving circumstances, we’re starting with just the Fall 2020 Season line-up and subscription options. Rest assured, we are still planning for Spring 2021 but need to remain open to changing circumstances through Fall and Winter.

The safety of our patrons, artists, and staff is our top priority. We are developing maximum flexibility in our programming, so that we can share live performance either digitally, in-person, or both, while keeping you, our patrons, artists, and staff safe. Yes, we are planning to explore how to safely bring in small audiences but those details will be announced closer to each show date so that we are up to date on current safety standards. Cultch Box subscribers and donors will get first access to any live audience opportunities before they are released to the public.

We are currently exploring accessibility options for our 20/21 Season, more details will be announced as soon as possible.

We still have every intention to present The Boy and the Moon and Briefs in the future but there are no set dates for these postponed shows yet. If you choose to hold on to your tickets, they will remain valid no matter when we are able to bring the shows back.  If you have questions about this, please email
