ticket policies

Tickets and ticket packages may be purchased online through our website, by calling our box office during operating hours or in person at our venue box offices prior to performances.

By purchasing a ticket, you are agreeing to follow the venue and event policies of The Cultch. Ticket prices are subject to change and refunds will not be issued if a price is changed.

All patrons, regardless of age, require a ticket for entry. Most Cultch Presentations are not specifically for young audiences and if you are uncertain whether a show will be appropriate for children, please contact the box office for more content details.

Only tickets purchased through The Cultch’s box offices are considered valid. We strongly discourage patrons from purchasing tickets from any other sellers, as we cannot guarantee their validity. Tickets purchased through alternate sources are not eligible for exchanges or returns.

Ticket Exchanges

If you have tickets to a Cultch Presentation in the 25/26 Season and need to exchange your tickets, please call the Box Office at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled performance.  Tickets may be exchanged for an alternate performance and there may be a price difference to pay. Ticket Package holders enjoy unlimited complimentary exchanges for a new performance date in the same series by giving us at least 48 hours notice.

What does partial or obstructed view mean?
Some seats in the Historic and York Theatre may have an incomplete view of the entire stage because of the seat position (below stage level), stage design or a physical obstruction such as a railing, overhang or pole.

These seats are marked with an italicized i. If you hover your mouse over the symbol, a short explanation appears. Reach out to our Box Office to learn more about specific partial and obstructed view seat information.
