A Friendly Reminder From The Cultch

We look forward to hosting you in one of our venues.
Whether it is your first time through our doors or you have been a friend of The Cultch for years, we would love to go over a few reminders.
Please remember to turn off or silence any devices that may beep, flash, or distract from the event. We ask this for the sake of your fellow patrons, and for the focus/safety of all performers.
Keep in mind that venue temperatures can fluctuate with both the season and the number of patrons. Consider wearing layered clothing, and limit the use of heavy fragrances. We ask this for your comfort and the patrons around you.
If you need to leave the theatre at any time, please exit using the door you entered through. Keep in mind, our Front of House Supervisor may not be able to reseat you right away. Additionally, they may need to reseat you in an alternative location until the intermission or until the end of the show. We thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
Please refrain from discussing or commenting on the show until the intermission or end of the show. We love that live events inspire conversation, but keep in mind that even a whisper can carry.
If you have a complaint, a concern, or a question regarding your experience, please speak with the Front of House Supervisor on duty. They will be happy to address any concerns.
Smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited in our venues. Please limit such activities to appropriate locations outside of the venues.
If you have brought a gift for the performer(s), we kindly ask that you hang onto your gift until the end of the show. Gifts being placed in the performers’ greenroom is strictly at the discretion of the Front of House Supervisor. Please note that we have limited refrigeration and can not guarantee a place to store flowers. We ask all patrons to refrain from trying to access performer dressing rooms and greenrooms.
Unless otherwise posted, videography and photography is limited to sanctioned individuals. Please limit venue photos/videos to pre-show, intermission, and post-show. Feel free to tag and follow The Cultch on socials – @thecultch.
We understand that theatre and live events are meant to evoke conversation and thought, however, we ask that you contribute to this discourse in a manner that safeguards The Cultch’s community at large. Failure to do so may result in an admission refusal or removal from the venue.
